Terms and conditions

1. The service

Rankix provides Blog Automation, Website Analytics and Website Report tools that help you research, write, publish and measure website content. Features depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing page. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give notice of changes that materially reduce what you pay for.

2. Your account

• You must be 18 or older and give accurate information.
• Keep your login and connection credentials safe. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Tell us right away at support@irizpro.com if you suspect unauthorised use.

3. Free Pass

• The Free Pass is a one-time offer for new businesses: 1 website, 150 credits and 1 Website Report, valid for 14 days from activation.
• One Free Pass per business, website and email. Creating multiple accounts to get more Free Passes is not allowed and may lead to suspension.
• Unused Free Pass credits expire after 14 days and have no cash value.
• We may change or end the Free Pass offer at any time for new sign-ups.

4. Plans, billing and taxes

• Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly in advance through Razorpay auto-pay (card or UPI) and renew automatically until cancelled.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added at checkout. GST invoices are available on the Billing page.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and pause your account until it succeeds.
• We will give at least 30 days' notice of price changes. New prices apply from your next renewal.

5. Credits

• Each plan includes monthly credits. Credits refresh every month, including on yearly plans.
• Half of unused plan credits roll over to the next month. Top-up credits and rolled-over credits follow the rules shown in the app.
• If an article fails to generate, its credits are returned automatically.
• Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel any time. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow our Cancellation and refund policy.

7. Your content

• You own the inputs you give us and the articles and images generated for you, to the extent permitted by law.
• You give us a limited licence to process your content only to provide and improve Rankix for you.
• You are responsible for reviewing content before it is published, including when auto-publish is on, and for making sure it is accurate and lawful for your business.

8. Acceptable use

Do not use Rankix to create or publish content that is illegal, defamatory, infringing, hateful, deceptive, sexually explicit or harmful; to impersonate others; to generate spam or doorway pages; to publish to websites you are not authorised to manage; or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

9. Third-party services

Rankix connects to services such as Google Search Console, Rank Math, Razorpay and the publishing platforms you choose. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability or changes they make that affect integrations.

10. AI output and results

Rankix uses AI and live research, with accuracy checks, but AI output can still contain mistakes. Search rankings and AI citations depend on factors outside our control, including search engine algorithms. We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, citation or revenue result.

11. Our intellectual property

Rankix, its software, design, logos and documentation belong to Irizpro. These terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service during your subscription.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Irizpro is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, rankings or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for Rankix in the 12 months before the claim.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, fail to pay, or put the service or other users at risk. You may close your account at any time. Sections on content ownership, liability and governing law survive termination.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in the app at least 15 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
